Delphine Canon, VP Solutions, Teach on Mars, explains

“This partnership with the Cegos Group is perfectly in line with our vision of cultivating the desire of company employees to learn, thanks to a content offer that is diversified in terms of format and duration, and adapted to an international environment. The Cegos digital learning catalogue, consisting of around 100 titles, meets these specifications through three learning formats, each of which addresses distinct development issues: mastering the fundamentals of a given skill, training via video simulations of everyday operational situations, and finally consolidating a skill already acquired. These teaching resources can be used by our customers in their application Wall as well as in their learning catalogue. The availability of these contents in 19 languages is also a major asset for our client portfolio, which is mainly made up of international groups.”

Pascal Debordes, Head of Channels and Alliances, Cegos Group, adds

“We are proud to start this partnership with Teach on Mars, a pioneering mobile learning startup with whom we share the same L&D convictions. The digital revolution and the global competition are transforming skills management. The stakes are even higher with the global health crisis we are experiencing, which will have a major impact on employment and working conditions. The power of Teach on Mars' native mobile platform and content, coupled with the premium content of our soft skills catalogue localised in 19 languages, is a perfectly calibrated response to the current companies’ expectations.”
