Meet Christelle Delavaud, Offer and Expertise Manager at Cegos on personal development

In this post, you will have the opportunity to meet Christelle Delavaud. Christelle is working at Cegos France as Subject Matter Expert in personal development, and Offer and Expertise Manager.

Can you tell us more about your background and expertise?

I first started my professional activities in the recruitment business as a headhunter. I also developed Interim management activities for senior people & experts. They were then able to share their expertise and experience with companies dealing with transformational projects. As I wanted to get involved in the development field, I became a certified coach in 2017. After that, for 4 years working in an HR consulting firm, I built Assessment & Development and 360° programs for High potentials and leaders. This helped them become more aware of their strengths, points of development and the impact of their behaviours on others.

You arrived a few months ago, what do you like most about working at Cegos?

I really appreciate being part of a human adventure in a company led by strong values (agility, sharing... ). I have a feeling I can be an impactful actor on my open courses collection and that my decisions will make the difference tomorrow for our clients and trainees.

As Subject Matter Expert, what is your role in improving the Cegos Offering?

My role begins with ensuring the quality of our offer and service. I am also in charge of building a trajectory for the Personal development collection, answering the needs of the market at the right moment, with high quality and innovation standards.

Which Cegos e-learning module would you recommend to start with our catalog?

I would suggest to start with “Asking for feedback” as it is part of a fast and efficient development for each of us 😊.
