This ranking is released yearly by Focus-Money, a business magazine. It is the result of a survey conducted to determine the level of customer satisfaction among corporate customers with their training providers.The online poll was carried out by the consulting and research agency ServiceValue in Cologne, on behalf of DEUTSCHLAND TEST and appeared in the 5/18 issue of Focus-Money. A total of 116 providers were subject to intense scrutiny in eight categories. In the large-scale survey more than 17,000 customer experiences were collected and evaluated. The survey was conducted independently and with no involvement of the training providers in question.
